Okay, week three and the sun is going strong here in Malmö. New week means new coffee in the spotlight but for this week we have the luxury to present not just one but two different coffee beans in our bar. So with no further ado the beans:

Origin: Dipiplto, Nicaragua

Process: Natural (berry dried)

Tasting Notes: Crazy fruit bomb, cherry and tropical cocktail.

Name: Paraiso

Producer: Pedro Veloso from the farm Paraiso

Origin: Serra de Mata da Corda, Brazil

Variety: Red Catuai

Process: Natural (berry dried)

Tasting Notes: Raspberry, licorice and juice with a long aftertaste
