Origin: Santa Maria, Tarrazu, Costa Rica

Variety: Catuai, Caturra and Typica

Process: White honey, wet fermented and shade dried on raised beds

Altitude: 1800 m.a.s.l.

Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, plums and molasses
